i'm 21 years old i weigh146 and my heights 5'4 i've been trying to find ways to loose weight for a bit now but i need some motivation and if anyone has some good healthy recipes and tips on controlling the amount of food you take in could you please help me out and what are some good workouts to loose belly fat i'm tired of people saying i gained so much because i use to be around 105 something my goal is to go back to that

    • Your goal of 105 pounds is unrealistic. 120-ish would be more appropriate.

      Limit processed foods, junk and added sugar. Protein, fat and fiber keep you fuller, longer. Things like bread, pasta, etc. keep you hungry all the time.

    • I don't remember when I learned this...and it's something so little, but I try to be mindful of this...when eating and you kinda take that "deepish breath," that's when you should stop eating and it's a sign that your stomach's full(even if our mind and instincts want to still devour more of whatever good we're eating!). Just a little tip??

    • I'm 17 and I'm 5 feet tall and I weight 135 lbs and I'm trying to figure out ways to loose weight mostly my stomach and boobs if that's possible I was skinny a few years ago but I got really sick and could not eat much at all maybe just a snack a day but after I got better my mom was afraid I was to skinny because I was sick for a month and so she wanted me to eat tons of sugars so I could gain weight back and later on after I gained some weight and was at a healthy weight she did not believe me till I actually got fat and I have a hard time getting away from bad foods and not to mention we don't really have the healthiest dinners I have been working out a few times a week so if anyone has any advice I would greatly appreciated it
