I'm on my feet all day at work
I was just reading some comments about tracking calories and burned calories my Apple Watch is connected to it -

I would disconnect your watch from the app. You are only supposed to count actual exercise, not things like steps or activity. Standing is not exercise.

If you don't stop moving all day, then you are doing exercise in the form of walking/very fast walking/running in some jobs. If you're doing that for 8-12 hours a day you burn a lot of calories just from that. So of course you can count steps and activity tracked by your smart watch.

If you are on your feet all day and you are moving, then you need to set your activity level to lightly or moderately active. Activity level is based on your day job without regards to exercise.
Then as MTaylor said, track deliberate cardio only. Disconnect all fitness devices from this app--they are not accurate and it's not how this app is designed to work. -

Plus I exercise before I go to work -

If I were you I'd set my activity level in the app to "lightly active" and then track your morning exercise separately as exercise. Apple Watch, fitbit, etc are all notoriously inaccurate.

MTaylor and I have been here a very long time. We both lost a lot of weight doing exactly what we are telling you to do.
What we are telling you is how the app is supposed to be used.
