Almond Milk & Honey Porridge

You can make this simple, satisfying and nutritious porridge at night and store in mason jars.
INGREDIENTS
SERVES 3
- 2 cups Quinoa (cooked)
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 pinch Nutmeg (Ground)
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
- 1 1/2 tbsp Natural Almond Butter
DIRECTIONS

Place cooked quinoa and one cup of the almond milk (reserve the other half cup) in a Nutribullet or blender and blend until combined. Pour into a small pot over medium heat. Stir in remaining ½ cup unsweetened almond milk, vanilla, nutmeg, and a tiny pinch of sea salt and continue cooking until it starts to bubble. Stir in almond butter.

Pour into jars and garnish with fresh berries if desired. Enjoy!
