INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1/3 cup cooked quinoa
  • 3/4 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp chia seeds

DIRECTIONS

1 Mix together quinoa with Greek yogurt and chia seeds.
